Welcome to the Construction Resource Development Centre
The CONSTRUCTION RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (CRDC) was established in 2000 to meet the growing need for human resources development in the construction industry. We became one of the first fully accredited training providers in the Province under the new Skills development Act as well as being the first registered RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) centre in Kwa-Zulu Natal. Operating out of our fully equipped training centre in Pinetown, we offer a complete Human Resource Development service to the industry across the whole construction spectrum. We have a very flexible approach to the needs of our clients and are happy to bring training to you. We have a strong working relationship with others in our field and can access resources to meet most needs. We have a history of forging alliances with emerging training providers and are keen to assist in their development.
Building Skills
We conduct learnerships & apprenticeship programs within the construction industry, thus building capacity within the building sector.
Civil Engineering Skills
We offer training and trade testing in the following fields: Formwork, steelfixing, drainage and services and road construction.
Supervisory & Management Skills
Full qualifications for supervisory is offered within the building & civil environment including labour Intensive Construction (LIC).
